1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU) govern the contractual relationship between Kahak Residency, hereinafter referred to as"the Provider", and any individual or legal entity making a reservation via the https://kahakresidency.com/, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".
2. Reservation
2.1 The reservation becomes effective as soon as the Customer has paid the requested deposit and has received written confirmation from the Provider.
2.2 All reservations are nominative and may not be transferred to a third party without the prior agreement of the Service Provider.
3. Rates
3.1 The prices indicated on the site are in [devise] and include VAT at the current rate.
3.2 The rates include the rental of the apartment for the specified period, as well as utilities (water, electricity, heating) within the limits of reasonable use.
4. Payment
4.1 The total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking.
4.2 The balance must be paid no later than three (3) days before the arrival date.
5. Cancellation and modification
5.1 All cancellations must be notified to the Service Provider in writing.
5.2 In the event of cancellation more than three (3) days before the arrival date, the balance will be refunded in full.
5.3 In the event of cancellation less than three (3) days before the arrival date, the balance is retained by the Provider.
6. Customer's obligations
6.1 The Customer undertakes to use the rented premises responsibly and to return them in the condition in which they were found on arrival.
6.2 The Customer undertakes to respect the building's internal regulations and not to disturb the peace and quiet of the other occupants.
7. Liability
7.1 The Provider accepts no responsibility for theft or damage to the Customer's personal property during the stay.
7.2 The Customer is responsible for all damage caused by him.
8. Personal data
8.1 The personal data collected at the time of booking is necessary to manage the booking and the commercial relationship.
8.2 In accordance with the regulations in force, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
