These General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU) govern the contractual relationship between Kahak Residency, hereinafter referred to as\"the Provider\", and any individual or legal entity making a reservation via the https:\/\/kahakresidency.com\/, hereinafter referred to as \"the Customer\".<\/p>\n\n
2.1 The reservation becomes effective as soon as the Customer has paid the requested deposit and has received written confirmation from the Provider. <\/p>\n\n
2.2 All reservations are nominative and may not be transferred to a third party without the prior agreement of the Service Provider.<\/p>\n\n
3.1 The prices indicated on the site are in [devise] and include VAT at the current rate. <\/p>\n\n
3.2 The rates include the rental of the apartment for the specified period, as well as utilities (water, electricity, heating) within the limits of reasonable use.<\/p>\n\n
4.1 The total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n
4.2 The balance must be paid no later than three (3) days before the arrival date.<\/p>\n\n
5.1 All cancellations must be notified to the Service Provider in writing. <\/p>\n\n
5.2 In the event of cancellation more than three (3) days before the arrival date, the balance will be refunded in full.<\/p>\n\n
5.3 In the event of cancellation less than three (3) days before the arrival date, the balance is retained by the Provider.<\/p>\n\n
6.1 The Customer undertakes to use the rented premises responsibly and to return them in the condition in which they were found on arrival.<\/p>\n\n
6.2 The Customer undertakes to respect the building's internal regulations and not to disturb the peace and quiet of the other occupants.<\/p>\n\n
7.1 The Provider accepts no responsibility for theft or damage to the Customer's personal property during the stay. <\/p>\n\n
7.2 The Customer is responsible for all damage caused by him.<\/p>\n\n
8.1 The personal data collected at the time of booking is necessary to manage the booking and the commercial relationship. <\/p>\n\n
8.2 In accordance with the regulations in force, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him.<\/p>\n\n
